HUSHUsing the service
These terms apply to Hush Browser and its support website. Use the app in accordance with applicable law, third-party rights and the terms of services you access. Do not abuse the service or attempt to bypass security measures or request limits.
Features and limitations
Filters aim to block advertising and tracking requests; they cannot block everything and may affect some websites. Device-wide protection is local DNS filtering, not an anonymizing VPN with remote exit servers. Private tabs do not make you invisible to websites or your network. Encrypted DNS can fall back to the network resolver without encryption when unavailable.
Content, files and the assistant
Third parties are responsible for the websites and content you access. You retain your rights in your files; only process content you are entitled to use. Keep your vault code and any necessary file copies safe. We cannot recover files when the vault code is lost.
Assistant responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Verify important information against original sources and do not treat responses as professional advice. Opening the assistant sends page information and conversation content to service providers as described in the privacy policy.
Availability and changes
Features depend on the app version, Android/WebView support, network and third-party providers. We may update or change features; uninterrupted service or complete blocking is not guaranteed. The assistant may apply request limits to protect security and resources.
Your rights and contact
These terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law or exclude liability that the developer cannot legally exclude. Rights in Hush software and branding remain with their respective owners; open-source components retain their own licenses. Updated terms will be published here with their date.
