A website will not load or looks broken.
Temporarily switch off protection for that site in its shield panel and try again. If other apps are affected, stop device-wide protection or change the DNS provider in Settings. You can send support a non-sensitive page address.
Does Hush change my IP address?
No. Protection for all apps filters DNS requests locally. It does not offer remote VPN servers to change your IP or country. Android usually allows only one active VPN service at a time.
Why are private tabs unavailable?
Update Android System WebView and, where applicable, Chrome through Google Play. Your WebView version must support separate private profiles.
I forgot my vault code.
We cannot recover your code or decrypt your files. Clearing app data also erases the vault. Keep an accessible copy of files you cannot afford to lose.
The reading assistant is not working.
Open a page with enough text in a normal tab and check that the assistant is enabled in Settings. Network issues, service availability or request limits can temporarily prevent answers. The assistant sends page information and your questions to the service.
